Accordingly, preparation in advance of selling your business (up to two years) is fundamental in not only increasing the probability of successfully completing the deal, but also maximising value.

“Two Years Off” has been created to help business owners determine the answers to key questions in the run up to an exercise, such as:

  3. How should the business be presented in a sale process?
  4. When is the best time to go to market?
  5. Who will be interested in buying my business?

Leveraging our extensive corporate finance experience, we will provide you with key recommendations and a clear roadmap of actions to get you ready for a future sale process and in the best possible position to achieve your objectives.


Three ‘1-hour workshops’ with our corporate finance team (initial session is a Discovery Workshop, but all three are arranged at the outset)
Key recommendations to improve the readiness of your business and ‘saleability’ (where possible)
A review of possible purchasers
A clear roadmap detailing the necessary actions to be taken in advance of “D-day”

How it works:

  1. Buy the Two Years off product through the Online Shop
  2. Completion of an online Fact Finder and DiagnostiX (20+ online checklists designed to flag any issues that could arise in a due diligence process)
  3. Following completion of (1), our team will contact you within 24 hours to arrange the three sessions (the first being the Discovery Session)
  4. Within 7 days we will hold the Discovery Workshop
  5. Within 14 days we will hold the second session (an extension of the Discovery Workshop once we’ve had a chance to digest the first meeting)
  6. Within 21 days we will hold the third session (to present our key findings and recommendations)
