Your Non-Exec Director (NED) will also provide a creative contribution to the board by providing independent oversight and constructive challenge to the executive directors whilst considering the overall strategic direction.

What do we cover:

• One ‘2-hour workshop’ per month with your NED (initial workshop is a Discovery Session). One of these sessions if required, can be attendance at a monthly board meeting
• Unlimited ongoing email & telephone support and advice

How It Works:

2. Send over your latest set of Management Accounts, Statutory Accounts and any other relevant management information
3. Our team will contact you within 24 hours of completing the Fact Finder to arrange a initial Discovery Session

Pay-as-you-go Pricing:

• 1-month commitment at £2,995+ VAT
• 2-month commitment at £3,495 + VAT per month thereafter
